CRM & Sales

A CRM that runs the work, not the other way round.

Trelyn keeps companies, contacts, deals and agreements on one record per client, and works out where each account stands from what actually happened. Your team spends its time on the next step, not on updating fields.

Operational, not administrative

The CRM your team actually keeps up.

Most CRMs ask for data and give back a list. Trelyn's account and deal views are built around the questions a team asks every day: who is this, what is it worth, what happens next, and is it healthy?

  • Less maintenance

Health, last touch, open work and revenue are worked out from what already happened, not typed into fields.

  • A clear next action

Every company and deal shows its next step. Deals without one are flagged before they go quiet.

  • Context on every account

Contacts, deals, agreements, projects, reviews and portal access on the company record.

  • Sales and delivery connected

The won deal becomes the engagement, so delivery starts with what sales knew.

Accounts, people and deals

Everything about a client, in one place.

01Companies

An account view, not a contact list.

The Companies list shows each company's relationship (client, prospect, partner), its commercial position, the open work, the next step, the account manager and its health, Healthy, Needs attention, At risk or Inactive. Quick views pull out prospects, clients and the accounts that need attention.
  • Column presets for sales, clients and delivery
  • Health and last touch worked out from activity
  • Contacts, deals, projects and portal access on the record

02Contacts

People as they really work.

One person can work at more than one company, with a different title and type of link at each. Give contacts a role on the deal, decision maker, champion, finance, and keep several email addresses and phone numbers, with one marked as main.
  • One contact, several companies
  • Several emails and phones per person
  • Roles and commercial status: lead, prospect, customer

03Deals

Pipelines that end in Won or Lost.

Work deals on a board or in a table, across as many pipelines as you need. Each deal carries its value, owner and next activity; deals without a next step, gone quiet or stuck in a stage are easy to find. Won and Lost are stages, and a lost reason can set up the follow-up.
  • Board and table views, several pipelines
  • Next activity on every card
  • Active, on hold and closed deal views

04Deal briefing

Open a deal and know where it stands.

The deal page opens with a short briefing: a summary, momentum, qualification, the next best action and the signals and risks behind it, drawn from the deal's activities, meetings and emails. The fields you edit sit beside it.
  • Briefing from the deal's own history
  • Next best action, with its reasons

05Deal rooms

Give a prospect one place for the proposal.

Set up a deal room in the client portal: the proposal, the investment, key takeaways, documents, meetings and the people they will work with. Preview it as the client first. When the deal is won, the same portal carries on with their projects.
  • Proposal, documents and meetings in one link
  • Your team, introduced by role

Agreements and commercial

From proposal to signature to payout.

Proposals, quotations, agreements, statements of work and NDAs are prepared and sent from the deal, accepted or signed by the client in their portal, and versioned when they change.

  • Agreements

Send, publish a new version, cancel or archive. Clients view, accept or sign with a drawn signature, or decline.

  • Invoices

Register invoices from your accounting software and record payments, so clients see them in their portal.

  • Commissions

Commission plans for whoever sourced and closed a deal, on collected revenue or deal value, from approval to payout.

Activities and segments

Log it once, find it everywhere.

Notes, calls, meetings and tasks are logged on the record they belong to and show up on the company, the contact and the deal. Emails and form submissions join the same stream.

  • Activity stream per record: notes, tasks, calls, meetings, emails, forms
  • Segments of contacts, companies or deals, a fixed list or one that follows a filter
  • Fill a segment from a CSV; matching records are linked, not duplicated
  • Lead forms on your website create contacts and map answers to fields

Questions

About the CRM.

Can one contact belong to several companies?
Yes. A person can be linked to more than one company, with their own title, department, dates and type of link at each, an employee at one, a board member at another, without duplicating the contact.
Can we run more than one pipeline?
Yes, each with its own stages. Every pipeline ends in Won and Lost, and a deal's status follows from the stage it is in. How many pipelines you can add depends on your plan.
How do we bring our existing data?
Import companies and contacts from a CSV file; rows that match an existing record are skipped instead of duplicated. Segments can also be filled from a CSV.
What happens when someone deletes a record by mistake?
Deleted companies, contacts, deals, projects, tasks, engagements, folders and files go to the trash, where an admin can restore them. You choose after how long the trash empties itself.
Does Trelyn send invoices or take payments?
No. Invoices are registered in Trelyn, the PDF, the amount and where it was made, so clients can see them in their portal and you can track what is paid. Your accounting software stays where invoices are made.
