About plans and billing.
Can we try Trelyn before we pay?
Yes. Start free: create a workspace and set it up with your team. Choose a plan from your workspace's billing settings when you are ready.
What counts as a team member?
The people in your own team who sign in to the workspace. Clients who use the portal don't count, and neither do people who only review through a client link.
Can we add seats without moving up a plan?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of team members, and extra seats can be added at the price shown on the plan.
Is the client portal included in every plan?
Client portals and deal rooms are part of every plan; how many client portals you can run depends on the plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from the billing settings; your data stays where it is.
